It’s Aberdeen next for Motherwell, as they go in the hunt of points in the Ladbrokes Premiership.
Pittodrie was a happy hunting ground last campaign, with the Steelmen winning 2-0 on their only visit. Here’s everything you need to know ahead of the match.
The form guide
Both teams arrive at the game in topsy-turvy form.
Motherwell’s weekend loss to Hearts was narrow and came off the back of a run of three games unbeaten, including wins at Livingston and Dundee, and a home draw with Rangers.
Aberdeen have no wins in their last three, drawing away to Hibernian and St Johnstone, and losing 2-0 at home to Kilmarnock.
But the Dons had started the domestic campaign strong, drawing at home to Rangers and then beating Dundee and St Mirren.
Team news
Curtis Main is out for the trip north with injury. Trevor Carson will be assessed as he continues his recovery from a minor ankle injury.
Conor Sammon is available to play, having been ineligible to face his parent club Hearts last weekend.
