Rangers visit Fir Park on Sunday, as the final game of the regular Ladbrokes Premiership season takes place.
Here’s an early look ahead to the match.
What’s at stake
Motherwell have six games now to secure seventh spot in the Ladbrokes Premiership, and to pick up the six points needed to surpass last season’s points tally.
If Celtic win at home to Livingston on Saturday and then Rangers lose to Motherwell, the destination of the Premiership title will be secured and Celtic will be champions.
Tale of the tape
Rangers’ win over Hearts on Wednesday was their first in four league games, having drawn two and lost one in the Premiership previously.
Motherwell have now won six of their last 10 league matches, with defeat to Aberdeen on Wednesday their third in six.
Stephen Robinson’s men, however, have won their last five at home. A sixth victory on Sunday will be the first time since 1975/76 that six successive home league matches have been won by the Steelmen.
Head to head
Little needs to be said about the last visit to Ibrox, but the last game between the two sides at Fir Park was a six-goal thriller.
Peter Hartley’s last-gasp equaliser was a deserved one for the hosts, as the game flew back and forth to a 3-3 draw.
