It’s one of the fundamental principles our club is built upon. Bringing through talented players and giving them a chance at making careers for themselves in the game.

So what if 2019/20 is the year that yet more young talent breaks through to become first team regulars?

A constant line of youth academy products have found their way into the starting lineup in the last few years, establishing themselves as top flight players.

David Turnbull, Allan Campbell and Chris Cadden are among the first names on the team sheet already. Barry Maguire and James Scott are tipped to have big seasons ahead of them, and there’s more developing under the watch of Maurice Ross, Steven Hammell and David Clarkson in our reserve and academy teams.

Our club relies on bringing through players, developing them and giving them games at Premiership level. Our current crop have also been recognised for their talent at international level, from youth level through to the Under 21s and the senior squad.

Our academy works to develop the next generation every single day. Based at Braidhurst High School, we have youngsters who can see the clear path that lies in front of them for opportunities in the first team.

At Reserve level, we give room for talented players to get further experience mixed in with first teamers, giving them the chance to develop and get even closer to Stephen Robinson’s thoughts.

We are committed to those in the top team already being joined by more as time progresses. Your patience and support with young talent is great to see, and it sets our club apart to have an identity that we can be the place to give opportunities at our highest level.

Our summer open day returns this June, with a full day of activities planned at Fir Park.

On Saturday 22 June from 11am to 3pm, you can come along and meet the players, take part in fun and games and much more.

More details will be announced in the coming weeks. But, for now, save the date in your diary and we look forward to welcoming you to Fir Park as the countdown begins for the 2019/20 season.

Supporters can now sign up to ensure they can get our finance option on season tickets before our early bird deadline.

We are currently waiting for our new finance partner Duologi to secure FCA approval for us. As this has not yet been completed, we want to invite fans to register now to ensure they can enjoy discounted pricing on season tickets.

If our finance option is not completed before 31 May, registering now will ensure we have your details to then offer you the early bird price on finance after the deadline.

Through Duologi, you can spread the cost of your season ticket over 12 monthly instalments.

Finance is available on both our early bird and normal season ticket prices at an interest rate of 19.5%.

Motherwell FC will introduce you to Duologi who are a broker that introduces prospective borrowers to lenders. We do not receive payment for introducing you to lenders. Credit is subject to application and acceptance.

We’re extending our opening hours to help you get your 2019/20 season ticket before our early bird period expires on Friday, 31 May.

We’ll be open at Fir Park on Thursday 23 and 30 May from 9am until 7pm.

We’re also open on Saturday, 25 May from 10am to 1pm, and on Bank Holiday Monday on 27 May from 10am to 1pm.

We all started somewhere with Motherwell. Our parents, our relatives, our friends. Someone was responsible for us coming to our first game at Fir Park, and responsible for getting us hooked on a lifetime in claret and amber.

We want to make sure the love of our club continues to pass down the generations. So what if you could inspire that next generation to carry on your passion, and we can help you do it?

Everyone who buys an adult or over 60s season ticket can claim a free season ticket for a child aged 15 or under. Completely free of charge, sat next to you in the stands.

Better still, if you sit in our Cooper Stand, you can get two free kids tickets. If you’ve got more kids you want to take along, don’t worry, it’s just £20 for each extra kids season ticket.

They’ll even get their own season card with their name on it, giving them something to cherish as their own token of their support of the team.

Over a third of our season ticket holders last campaign came from that next generation. All brought to our club to live through the rollercoaster that is supporting our club.

We all have it when we follow Motherwell Football Club. The feeling that we will be rewarded for backing our team week after week, savouring the moments of euphoria when they do arrive.

We support Motherwell because we know what it feels like when the moments that make it all worthwhile come along.

Free kids tickets

Everyone who buys an adult or concession season ticket can claim a free season ticket for a child aged 15 or under. Completely free of charge, sat next to you in the stands. Better still, if you sit in our Cooper Stand, you can get two free kids tickets.

We’ve stepped up the number of exclusive discounts available to season ticket holders at local businesses, so there’s much more choice and more offers relating to where our supporters live.

Some of our offers include:

Food and drink: 10% off meals at Subway Motherwell, 10% off at KFC Motherwell, 20% off at Frankie and Benny’s Hamilton, 20% off à la carte dining at Dalziel Park, 20% discount on evening buffet menu and 20% discount on a la carte menu at Pink Turban Wishaw.

Leisure: Free ball hire at Footgolf Cumbernauld, 10% discount on midweek sessions at Scot Kart Cambuslang and Clydebank, one free round of golf at Dalziel Park.

Come and enjoy our final Ladbrokes Premiership game of the season by upgrading your matchday experience at Fir Park.

We’ve got availability in our hospitality suites with a host of different options on offer, depending how you want to spend your day. Kick off is at 12.30pm.

A meal, drinks and half-time refreshments

Our Centenary Suite is the place to be if you’d like a meal after Saturday’s match.

With an early kick off, we’re serving a two-course breakfast before the game, after which you’ll take your seat in our Phil O’Donnell Main Stand.

You can then enjoy pies and cakes at the break, before coming back in to meet our man of the match after the game, and also enjoy a pay bar.

Season ticket holders can get their seat for just £40 per person. If you don’t have a season ticket, it costs just £52 per person.

Free drink before and after the match

Our Millennium package gives you snacks before the game, a seat in our Phil O’Donnell Main Stand and pies and cakes at the half-time break.

What’s more, drinks are complimentary for both one hour before and one hour after the game. You’ll also get to meet our man of the match.

We’re giving away free kids tickets for our final game of the 2018/19 Ladbrokes Premiership season against Livingston on Saturday, 18 May.

We want to get Fir Park bouncing as we send off the team for the summer at the match, which kicks off at 12.30pm.

We’ve already contacted every school in Lanarkshire and various local groups to give out home tickets for our South Stand, with our stadium already starting to fill up.

But if you’ve not had the chance or you’ve missed out through schools and group, you can get yours by emailing freetickets@motherwellfc.co.uk.

Just tell us how many you would like for the match and we will get them sent to you.

Adult entry prices are set at £20 for the South Stand. Concession prices are set at £17.

Adult and concession fans can pay at the gate on the day or buy in advance and print at home by visiting tickets.motherwellfc.co.uk.

We’ve got two great tribute nights coming up in the coming months here at Fir Park. 

First up on Friday, 7 June is the Essential Dirty Dancing and Grease Show. Come and sing and dance along to the classic songs from the movies and make a night of it. 

Then, on Saturday 7 September, we’ve got the Divalicious Tribute Act. Again, come and sing along to a host of hit songs from Tina Turner, Whitney Houston, Madonna and Diana Ross.
